Our head honcho and technical lead, Dave Cooper, also serves as a Director on the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) Board. His long‑standing involvement (including a previous 9‑year term from 2000–2009) supports wider digital broadcasting industry improvements that directly benefit consumers.

Neo Connected Living is run by Dave Cooper, Sally (Sal) Boyton and Billie the ‘desk cat’ on the rare occasion she emerges from her snooze (Billie that is, not Sal!). A modest team combining deep technical knowledge with organised, personable service
With nearly 40 years of experience, Dave has built an impressive portfolio of installations, qualifications and specialist advisory roles and can be spotted around Pembrokeshire, enjoying ‘office views’ that he will never tire of. Sally manages the office alongside other creative roles – she responds to customer enquiries, coordinates the diary, customers and projects, balances the books and maintains the company website plus other marketing activity.
Outside of work, Dave and Sal are great believers that every day is a school day – and when life challenges arise, getting into the fresh air goes a long way to curing almost anything!
